Patrick received both his bachelor and masters degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Upon graduation, Patrick worked in a Charlotte based firm growing his background in the commercial, retail, and industrial markets. With effective communication skills and dedication to the process, he efficiently led and coordinated teams through numerous successful projects while maintaining great client relations and developing a strong leadership acumen. Patrick earned his professional architecture license in 2016 in the state of North Carolina.
