At Atlantic AE, continuous learning isn’t just something we encourage; it’s one of our core values.
We believe that investing in our employees’ professional development helps strengthen our team, elevate the quality of our work, and ultimately deliver better solutions for our clients. That’s why we provide each employee with an annual training budget and support our architects in obtaining and maintaining their professional licensure through continuing education opportunities.
This year, the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design 2026, held June 10 through 13 in beautiful San Diego, California.
Recognized as the architecture and design industry’s premier annual event, AIA26 brought together thousands of architects, designers, and AEC professionals from across the country for four days of learning, innovation, and networking. The conference featured more than 350 expert-led educational sessions, nearly 100 special events, architect-led tours, workshops, and the industry’s largest architecture and design expo.
Our team had the opportunity to earn valuable continuing education credits while exploring emerging trends, innovative technologies, and best practices shaping the future of architecture. From engaging keynote presentations and educational seminars to hands-on conversations with industry leaders and product manufacturers, the experience offered valuable insights that can be applied directly to our projects and clients.
In addition to the educational opportunities, AIA26 provided meaningful networking experiences, allowing professionals from across the industry to connect, share ideas, and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the design and construction community.
As we continue to grow and evolve, Atlantic AE remains committed to supporting lifelong learning and professional development. Opportunities like AIA26 exemplify how investing in our people helps us stay at the forefront of industry innovation while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
We look forward to applying the lessons learned from this year’s conference and continuing to support our team members as they pursue opportunities to learn, grow, and advance their careers!
