Kate is a licensed architect with degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture from Auburn University. She began her career in North Carolina, where she gained extensive experience managing complex commercial projects from concept through construction. With a focus on collaboration, Kate has developed strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring successful project outcomes through a client-centered, personable approach. Her project portfolio includes multifamily housing, condominiums, mixed-use developments, commercial shell buildings, and tenant spaces across the retail, office, and restaurant sectors.
With her background in interior architecture, Kate has also created numerous comprehensive interior concept packages that help clients define and elevate their brand identities. Driven by a passion for spatial analysis and creative design, Kate approaches every project with a focus on refining details and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
