Bethany Latham

Bethany received her degree in Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for design inspired her to start a landscaping business, leading to a project management career. She is a nature enthusiast with a passion for sustainability and intelligent design. She holds an advanced Permaculture Design Certification and is a licensed soil analyst.  Since 2020, Bethany has managed various construction projects ranging from commercial green-roofing installations to full-scale homestead design to multi-unit, luxury, custom residential apartment buildings. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her positivity, organization, and attention to detail.  She views the construction industry as one with unlimited growth potential, with the need for sustainability-minded individuals to guide the industry toward models for ethically designed and constructed structures with a future-focused approach to waste management, energy solutions, localized food production, and community engagement. At Atlantic-AE, Bethany hopes to develop her project management skillset further.
