Ace Elsea

Over a decade of Architecture and construction, both as employee and business owner, have taught Ace many valuable lessons.

Lesson #1: Life is the sum of our relationships. Whether it’s Clients, Contractors, or Consultants, worth comes from the value we offer each other. Value grows as we offer more of what the other side needs and shrinks when we can’t. Every interpersonal interaction tells a story about ourselves and what we mean to each other.

Lesson #2: Services are meant to produce solutions and those solutions should outnumber problems. Conflicts are inevitable but there are always multiple perspectives on and approaches to addressing them. Finding the best one is tough, because we’re human, but necessary, because we must make progress.

Lesson #3: Entitlement spawns delusion. Any Architect not putting Client needs and the safety of stakeholders first isn’t an ally; they’re a liability. This means seeking and maintaining the relationships necessary to fulfill our most basic, professional function in a complex industry; cooperate. Empathy requires experience and we owe people occupying and financing projects both. Ace is honored to join Atlantic-AE, LLC to continue bringing adaptable, dependable, and relatable services directly to Clients who pay for results and outcomes, not drama.
