As a Compliance Manager with Atlantic AE, Stephanie manages business compliance, assists with project management functions, performs accounting duties, and provides organization support when needed. We asked Stephanie to answer a few questions about working at Atlantic AE, and here is what she had to say:

What attracted you to work at Atlantic AE?

What initially caught my eye was the fully remote position and the opportunity to get back into the design architecture industry. But then during my interview with Brandon, I was impressed by the company’s family-oriented and understanding approach to having a work-life balance.

What do you love most about your job?

Our collaborative and supportive team culture!  With the dynamic nature of our business, each day presents an opportunity to help our clients and it is amazing to see everyone bring their skills and expertise together to bring our clients’ projects to life.

Do you have a favorite Atlantic AE core value you embody?

Yes, continuous improvement! I have always loved to learn new things and Atlantic has helped me discover a new career I did not even know existed. It has been exciting (and nerve-racking) to figure out what skills I love doing, but also be encouraged and supported to push myself to grow professionally.

What do you do in your free time? 

I love to spend time with my family and friends, exploring new places, diving into a good book, and attending concerts or comedy shows. But my most rewarding role is being a mom and cherishing every moment I can with my family.
