As a Program Coordinator with Atlantic AE, Juan pays attention to the details. Juan’s technical abilities are highly counted on here at Atlantic AE. His mentorship to our team members,  prototype knowledge and organized approach to projects have made him an instrumental member of the team. And, of course, he does all of this from beautiful Puerto Rico!

We asked Juan to answer a few questions about working at Atlantic AE, and here’s what he had to say:

What attracted you to work at Atlantic AE?

Since my past experiences were centered in single and multi-family designs, what attracted me to work at Atlantic was expanding my experience to industrial/warehouse designs. I am always open to new challenges, and I feel it’s been a benefit for both the team and me.

What do you love most about your job?

The culture is one of the things I like most about working with Atlantic. I also love to coordinate projects making them well organized and comprehensive for internal and external stakeholders.

Do you have a favorite Atlantic AE core value you embody?

It’s been two years since I started working at Atlantic and one of the core values that I like the most is that the company encourages continuous improvement in all projects, meetings and even in our professional growth.

What do you do in your free time?  

In my free time I enjoy doing graphic/digital designs, art and drafting with my kids. I really enjoy spending time with my family.
