Atlantic AE makes it a priority to support our team in receiving continuous education and opportunities to learn about industry insights, products, and training regarding proper material applications. We do this most consistently in our “Lunch and Learn” sessions where our team enjoys lunch while participating in an hour-long educational presentation.
Sessions are typically led by product representatives, field experts, or instructors, and can cover a variety of topics in the industry. Topics range from learning about Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VCRs) to Nystrom Preformed Joint Sealants to Terrazzo – The Original Recycled Floor.
Many of the companies have courses prepared that have been approved by the American Institute of Architect (the AIA) for ongoing education credits. Our team can take these courses and then receive credits that they can apply toward their architectural license. The credits can apply to an architect’s learning units (LU), sustainability unit (SD), or health safety welfare (HSW).
This is just one of the many ways we try to ensure that our team feels fulfilled, challenged, and aware of the latest and greatest information, then in turn that our clients receive the top care and services!
