2026 Atlantic AE Annual Team Meeting

Scottsdale, AZ | January 28 – 31, 2026

January 28 – 31, the Atlantic AE team gathered in Scottsdale, Arizona for our Annual Team Meeting. Four days rooted in connection, reflection, and momentum for the future. This year’s meeting was about strengthening relationships, looking honestly at where we found success in 2025, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning around where Atlantic AE is headed next.

Most importantly, it was celebrating our AAE team.

We are incredibly grateful to our entire team for taking time away from their lives to show up with the purest intentions of helping Atlantic AE grow. And a heartfelt thank you goes to the families at home who made this time together possible! Your support does not go unnoticed.

Wednesday, January 28 | Arrival Day + Full Team Activity & Dinner

Our time together kicked off with team members arriving throughout the day and settling in at the Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Old Town. After hotel check-in and picking up Atlantic AE swag, the afternoon transitioned into a Welcome Happy Hour and time to reconnect and unwind.

That evening, the full team headed to House Rules for dinner and a friendly competition of axe-throwing and duckpin bowling. It was the perfect start – helping us to get ready to head into Thursday’s meetings!

Thursday, January 29 | Full Team Meeting + Division Focus

Thursday morning was our full AAE Team Meeting! We had meaningful discussions around our firm, our shared goals for the future of Atlantic AE, and lessons learned from 2025.

After lunch, teams broke out into division-focused meetings, allowing for deeper conversations, alignment, and planning within each group. The day wrapped with division dinners and activities!

Friday, January 30 | Keynote, Atlantic Olympics & Full Team Dinner

Friday was a standout day. Garrison Wynn’s morning keynote left an inspirational impression! An Amazon #1 bestselling author, former Fortune 500 leader, and professional stand-up comedian, Garrison delivered an unforgettable message centered on one powerful idea:

“Change is mandatory. Stress is optional.”

He emphasized the importance of:

  • Making people feel genuinely valuable
  • Focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses
  • Truly listening; not just offering expertise, but understanding and guidance
  • Letting people know their experience matters
  • Speaking up, regardless of past outcomes

The message was clear: when people believe what they already know matters, everything improves.

Following the meeting closeout and lunch, the energy shifted into full celebration mode with the Atlantic Olympics, a fun, competitive, and team-building experience with everyone sporting their Atlantic AE jerseys.

The day concluded with a dressy-casual full-team dinner at Bourbon & Bones, a perfect setting to reflect, laugh, and celebrate the incredible group of people who make up Atlantic AE.

Saturday, January 31 | Departure Day

As the team departed throughout the day, one thing was clear: this meeting strengthened more than strategy, it strengthened relationships, trust, and belief in where we are going together.

 Looking Ahead

Our greatest asset is our people! By coming together with openness, respect, and a shared commitment to growth, we set the tone for an exciting future.

Thank you to every team member and every family member behind the scenes for being part of this journey. We are proud of where we have been, energized by what we have learned, and excited for what is ahead for Atlantic AE!
