From Wednesday, April 30th to Friday, May 2nd, the Atlantic AE architecture team traveled to Nashville, TN for an unforgettable architecture summit. This trip was an incredible opportunity for growth, learning, and team bonding. At Atlantic AE, we’re deeply committed to Continuous Improvement and always striving to grow stronger together, and this summit was a perfect embodiment of that commitment.
AAE Agenda Overview
This year’s summit featured a packed agenda focused on strengthening our team and deepening our relationships with clients. Over three dynamic days, we dove into team training, strategic planning, and meaningful client interactions with a few signature AAE activities to keep things fun and engaging.
Wednesday, April 30
The team arrived and kicked things off with a full day of Atlantic AE training and strategic discussions. Gathered in the meeting room, we covered key goals for the year, shared insights, and aligned initiatives to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.
We capped off the day with a team dinner and activity at Puttshack, combining fun and camaraderie with a little healthy competition.
Thursday, May 1
Day two brought additional in-depth training and collaborative discussion, followed by a visit to a client’s headquarters. This in-person engagement offered valuable face time and strengthened the partnership we’ve built.
That evening, we joined our client’s team for dinner at Amerigo, enjoying great food and conversation.
Friday, May 2
The final day of the summit wrapped up with a visit to an in-progress construction site in partnership with a fantastic GC team. We also had the opportunity to tour the active portion of the facility, another space brought to life by the creativity and dedication of our Atlantic AE team.
With our continued focus on Building Partnerships and Designing in the Details, this hands-on experience was the perfect way to close our architecture summit and reinforce the real-world impact of our work.
